Suitable for Key stage 2, Brownies and Cubs

Mini Tightrope & Balance boards are a wonderful start to help keep the body balanced, this is useful for all life activities including football and all sports.

When mastered, Children can add other items whilst balancing. 

 Stilt walking and Peddle go, hand held stilts are the start of strap on stilts
Which is used by professionals and the peddle go is a trainer for the Unicycle
Both items are very good exercise for the legs

Three ball Juggling and the Diabolo are the basic skills that
Improve eye and hand coordination, successful Jugglers & Diabolists
Can go on to develop many new moves and tricks
They are also items that can be added to balance and used in teamwork

We also use Flower sticks & plate spinning

The children will try all the skills on a circuit
Following our demonstration and instruction it is
A total hands on experience

We would expect a degree of success from a one hour taster workshop. In a term most will achieve all the skills and most will move on to extra items, such as Strap on Stilts and Unicycles

Circus skill Training can promote an increase in concentration, confidence, self esteem, motor coordination and perseverance.

It will also teach them that failure during the learning process is just a
stepping stone to success

They will also benefit physically from the movement and exercise involved.
